Mac Kenzie Sacks

Selected as a National Trial Lawyer Top 40 under 40 for Florida in 2022, Mac Kenzie Sacks joined Goldberger Saladrigas as a Partner after defending clients at a well-known local criminal defense firm. Prior to that, Ms. Sacks worked as an Assistant Public Defender of the Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office where she gained her extensive trial experience resulting in over a 90% success rate for her clients at trial. As a zealous, aggressive, and extremely prepared defense attorney, she gained the respect of the office, prosecutors, and judges.

 

Ms. Sacks gained her reputation as an aggressive litigator who is not afraid of the courtroom by successfully arguing motions to suppress and motions to dismiss. Ms. Sacks acquired experience in almost all felony and misdemeanor charges, including but not limited to, drug trafficking, homicide, sex offenses, assault and battery, DUI, and burglary. Ms. Sacks is passionate about seeking justice for her clients and prides herself in persuading prosecutors and judges to see her clients not solely as a case number or a criminal charge, but as the people they are. Ms. Sacks continues to represent those accused throughout the State of Florida. This dedication and hard work to her clients results in a high rate of success in convincing prosecutors to “no file” charges, dismiss charges, reduce sentences, and ultimately clients that are appreciative of the resolution of their case.

 

Ms. Sacks was born in Canada but grew up in South Florida. As a member of Palm Beach County, she feels deeply connected to her community. Ms. Sacks graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. Ms. Sacks is admitted to practice in Florida and the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Sacks is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Ms. Sacks received her B.S. in Criminal Justice from University of Central Florida.
